      Pros

      The company USED to prioritize work/life balance, but not anymore.

      Cons

      - technology is outdated - no work/life balance -- they no longer allow work from home at any level and any request needs to be approved by your manager's manager - Executive level only cares about HQ region -- other offices don't get the same perks. - Layoffs across the global company weekly!

      Decent pay, Great people, laid back environment, and great managers.

      Pros

      After the latest re-structuring and going agile, I don't find any. But before, a stable bank with a good book of work. Positive environment with support from your colleagues. Industry standard medical plan and vacations.

      Cons

      Bonuses and salary raises are hugely dependent on who you know in the senior management and how they perceive you rather than what you actually delivered.
