Pros
401k match is good and tuition program is worth taking advantage of. Dental insurance is very affordable
Cons
Under paid by a lot compared to other companies in the same industry. Very hard to move up or around the bank to a new position. Vacation time is average but all other PTO such as personal or sick days is very limited and should be increased.
