Pros
The overwhelming majority of individuals working at BNY Mellon are great people to work with, the hours are not bad (generally 40-50/week), the environment is fairly stress-free.
Cons
Compensation is significantly lower than it probably should be. High turnover in all levels of the organization. There are virtually no incentive programs for junior-level employees.
