Pros
The supervisors I work with are very helpful and push us to exceed. I feel the pay is similar to that of other banks in the Pittsburgh region, the benefits are decent as well. There are some opportunities for advancement, if you know the right people to talk to.
Cons
Very stressful work environment. I have been stuck working significant overtime for 7 months now due to lack of staffing. There is little job security in that quite a few positions are being outsourced to India and other people are being laid off in the Pittsburgh region. I do not feel that this is a good company to move forward with.
