Opportunities to learn across a number of different platforms. Investing in technology and a concerted effort to reduce silos and focus on the client experience.
Cons
Still not paying what the Street pays. Since 2024 climate, not previously seen or experienced anywhere else, is borderline toxic. Layers upon layers of management brought in with a lot of Goldman talent, followed by layoffs of VPs/Directors to juniorize the firm. with little to now experience. A lot of operational roles being offshored.
