      Pros

      Was here as a 6 month intern and got the return offer. Literally the most chill company to work at. Insane pay and very manageable work load.

      Cons

      Not a great learning curve. At the start of your career, you want to be at a place that helps you learn a lot. Although the tech stack is cool here, but you wont get to learn a lot

      Pros

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
