Pros
Friendly colleagues are the only thing keeping this place from being a total nightmare
Cons
Welcome to a company where the clock matters more than the work. You can sit around doing nothing all day as long as you clock in and out on time, but god forbid you arrive a few minutes late. While other companies embrace remote work and flexibility, this place is stuck in the stone age.
Promotions and raises aren't earned here, they're handed out based on favoritism. If you're on the wrong side of management, expect endless work, the only reward you can get is more workload.
Priorities here? Not the company, not efficiency -just whatever makes their department (or themselves) feel good
