      Pros

      I worked with some nice people. Work-life balance was great. The benefits were decent. Top 401K program and match.

      Cons

      Like most enterprise companies, many incompetent mid-level managers have tenure, and they aren't going anywhere. They were slow to make changes and decisions. They preach innovation but don't practice it in all departments. If you don't stay in your lane, you'll quickly find yourself out of a job. They like to fire people on a whim.

      I honestly can’t say there are any pros.

      Cons

      Micromanaged. Disorganized. Windowless room. Not worth staying long term.
