If you are someone that needs well established process and protocols in place that is handed to you, it's not the right time for you to join BOND. You may need to create or develop policies, processes, or procedures that are needed as we grow. If you don't enjoy being creative and thinking out of the box, BOND isn't the right place for you. Workload is heavy and commitment to being 'Stronger Together' is a real and required. Sometimes as a leader you have to make tough decisions, have tough conversations, and deliver tough messages. You need the experience to deliver those messages in a way that is firm, fair, and unwavering.

Decent salary. If you work in HQ you get free lunch when executives come on site. Most of the people are friendly but are also unhappy with the disorganization and chaos.

Zero communication from leadership and when there is, it’s either harsh or not genuine. When you do have meetings with the leadership team they do not value your time and show up late or routinely cancel. This is a pattern for others as well. Leadership is not transparent with the company and this seems like a dying DSO with no acquisitions in this year. Vendors get paid late and we are starting to develop a poor reputation.
