I worked there for nearly 2 years. Average age is around 27 so that young environment. Open to new idea and if yours is great, you can see it turn into reality very soon.
Cons
It is a family-owned business. Sometimes the working procedures are not very clear. Young employees are not really professional. High pressure on peak season.
