Well, it would be very difficult to know where to start listing down all reasons why you shouldn't work there, pretty sure that majority of good reviews are written by HR. But I am going to make you a favour and list some of them, to help other people to not quit their actual jobs to move there (as I stupidly did): -Excess of ego: this goes to the management. They are too busy between them measuring who has more ego. Therefore, fighting against each other instead of working together -NO career path: they will tell you that it's a start up and you have plenty of opportunities. Well, this maybe translates into a stupid promotion with stupid money raise -Sleepy hollow: in less than one year I saw couple of times how suddenly for no reason they "let go" 30 people in one day -It's all about money: while they are telling you that you need to continue working hard to get a salary raise, few mid-management members are living pretty well Berlin it's full of start ups and they will tell you about how strong Book a Tiger and the management team is. Go and look for something else if you don't want to waste time of your career... ...I wish someone would have advised me this before.
