Worst place I ever worked - Anonymous employee BOQ Employee Review

Never have I worked anywhere so messed up. People are leaving in droves because of toxic culture, pay well below industry standard and incompetence. I've seen dozens of people moved to different job roles without their consultation or much consideration of their actual skills. If it's at a lower level, then tough for you, your reward is a lower pay rate. It's crazy. At the same time, those who tow the line get pushed into management roles no matter if they have the experience. All under the guise of internal mobility (aren't we great?). The bank is trying to update tech systems and change culture but management is hands off and letting the working bodies do the figuring out. Every now and again some GM orders a review which means all projects go back to start. In my 3 years there, no project made much headway.
