Great customers, decent pay, benefit package, Monday to Friday hours, potential for year end bonuses

"Cliquey" within upper management and chances of advancement are very slim. They seem to be "checked out" and unconcerned with the needs of employees or what is happening within the company whether it be positive or negative. Confidential information about employees finds its way around to others in the form of backstabbing, gossip and half-truths. This makes it extremely difficult for anyone looking for support. This company has a reputation for hitching their brand to the "next new thing" in an attempt to broaden sales markets without proper research, marketing or training for the sales employees.

Fair compensation. Good people always something new lots of support from management good hours M to F
