You will have a direct line to the owner and the entire C-Suite of executives. Their platform is easy to understand and it doesn't take long to become an expert at to aide your clients in creating campaigns.
Cons
It's an extremely small company so your duties will grow beyond the scope of just being a Customer Success Manager. This company lives and dies by its annual revenue. The job security here is non-existent and each year the threat of layoffs looms over employees. One of the un-written task is managing the CEO's projects & ideas for growing the company. They will tap you with an idea for growing the business and then it becomes your project to build, present, and then execute upon with very little direction.
