Pros

Extremely flexible schedule, as long as you did your work successfully and avoided customer complaints, your schedule was yours. It's a small company of great people. You will have a direct line to the owner and the entire C-Suite of executives. Their platform is easy to understand and it doesn't take long to become an expert at to aide your clients in creating campaigns.

Cons

It's an extremely small company so your duties will grow beyond the scope of just being a Customer Success Manager. This company lives and dies by its annual revenue. The job security here is non-existent and each year the threat of layoffs looms over employees. One of the un-written task is managing the CEO's projects & ideas for growing the company. They will tap you with an idea for growing the business and then it becomes your project to build, present, and then execute upon with very little direction.

Pros

- Stable company & good leadership - They care about making good hires - Good balance of hard work & fun events - I feel cared about and that my contributions are making a difference

Cons

- I sincerely look forward to each company wide meeting. I'd love to see our vision, goals and progress more consistently communicated. - Thankful for the steady snack supply, but wish we had more team lunches. Picky, I know.

Pros

A small but growing company (18 people at the time of this review) that's fantastic for people who are self-motivated problem solvers and don't like to be bogged down with unnecessarily burdensome bureaucracy. GSC has an energetic office environment with smart, fun people and open spaces for collaborative teamwork. All of the staff works together to attain goals and support each other. Regarding the product itself, it's well established on its third version and continues to evolve solving marketers challenges in ways that other products simply can't today. The pay, benefits and flexible holiday schedules are a bonus. In short, a great place to be and I'm excited about where we're going.

Cons

Because of the industry and product market, we're always expected to innovate and evolve very quickly — whether we work in marketing, engineering, sales, doesn't matter — but that's also why there's never a dull moment, time flies and I typically go home with sense of achievement. Bottom line, the "con" is if you just like to putz around while drawing a check, you wouldn't appreciate this place.
