management plays favorites and doesn't accommodate everyone

I was on the fence about going to BPA Health and into indirect care, however, it was the best choice I ever made. This company is amazing along with the people that work there. If you are offered a job here take it! They take care of their employees and value everyones opinion. This is the best company I have had the pleasure of working for.

The work can sometimes be monotonous but they do try to change it up when there are slow days.
