Fun team - Copywriter BPI Sports Employee Review

A lot has changed here since ownership changed hands. We try to create a collaborative work environment where everyone's voice can be heard. The current team consists of some "lifers" combined with key post-covid hires. The size of the company allows for every employee to "make an impact." No one here tries to fly under the radar, and everyone pulls their weight.

The new, smaller team, means your work is visible to management. Mistakes are tolerated, but accountability is high, and management expects you to really care about the brand and the company's success.

This is by far the best company I have ever worked for. The CEO is in the office every day helping the whole office grow. The people here have truly become my family. It is an incredibly passionate team who genuinely cares about making a difference, and is excited to work hard to achieve that goal. The community feels is huge, with wins being recognized, and communication being strong amongst the different departments. The office has a relaxed feel, with plenty of team players who are willing to push you to the next level, plus free food and lots of team & company events.

I don't have any cons. We are a fast-paced company that is constantly changing. This opens a lot of opportunities and doors for people if they are willing to put in the time and work.
