Job Security- I have not heard of anyone being fired or quitting Training and Education- Certifications are encouraged, and the initial Pega Cert is pretty much guaranteed with great, experienced, hands on Training Personal Growth and Advancement- Management genuinely cares about you and your advancement in your career. Appreciation- You are expected to be intelligent, on point, responsible, and professional. And if you are, this is awarded. And if people aren't, this is noted so those who are feel encouraged that this behavior is expected and required.

Cons

No Cons. You need to be a motivated Person. If you're at a certain stage of your Career, you should be self-motivated. Don't expect someone to micro-manage you, check on you, and feed your ego with kudos. If you are a seasoned Professional, you will work hard, seek out ways to be involved and grow, and drive your own career. You are given the freedom to do that here, and if you succeed, you will be rewarded.
