      Stagnant growth and burnout culture - Project Manager BPM Vision Employee Review

      Pros

      There are some great people, hard working and dedicated.

      Cons

      These same people are taken advantage of with burnout culture. The company has been a "start-up" for more than 15 years now and there's a reason for it not growing. HR is absolutely incompetent and there is no employee guardrails! They do not "believe" in KPI's and they do not pay bonuses!

      There aren't many. Close knit (Micro management) if you think that's a pro.

      Cons

      It's a drowning ship that works on old and outdated technology. There is a complete lack of vision. Despite being in the market for a decade, there's been no significant impact by the company in the APJ region. Promise of shorter timelines to make clients happy leads to long working hours, upto 15 hours a day. Bonus and salary appraisals are a joke. Too much favouritism. Zero contribution towards employee certifications.
