Big and established company in Quebec, but still has flexible policies. Different projects to work on. Working closely with engineers in applied fields. Working with qualified and experienced people.
Cons
Recent scandals about corruption with the government. Decentralization of the company might be impractical at times. Lower salary than other North-American companies (this is true for most companies in Quebec city, and cost of living is lower there).
