Management was so personable, in the beginning. Pay was decent, work was enjoyable, and employees wanted to see the company succeed.

Took the company corporate and hired micro-managing leaders. Went downhill fast! Required weekly meetings via audio calls, constant spying to see if remote workers were doing their jobs (when the stats had already shown that production went up), constant threat of moving offices to corporate location and cutting the jobs of original employees in remote location.
