Pros
Some talented colleagues, decent IT infrastructure
Cons
The workplace culture was deeply unsettling. There’s a pervasive issue with inappropriate behavior among employees, including open flirtation in the office that creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. This behavior isn’t limited to peers; team leads actively encourage it, with some making suggestive comments to new joiners about “alternative ways” to advance their careers. This sets a troubling tone from the top. Worse, management seems complicit in fostering this environment. During branch visits to locations like Khulna or Chittagong, arrangements are made for employees to stay overnight, and it’s clear these setups are designed to enable inappropriate interactions. I witnessed employees taking advantage of these situations, further eroding professionalism. The overall vibe is so toxic that it’s challenging to stay focused on work without being pulled into the dysfunction.
