Lots of different branches throughout the country, so a great opportunity to relocate.
Cons
*All of them are ran the same with the same shortsightedness. *They acknowledge that they have great employees, but ignore them after asking for input. *Company leaders do not think about employee impact or mental health when wanting to implement new ideas. But the ownness on the employees to make it work at the employees cost. Then when employees start getting traction, they throw that idea out and reset everyone. *When resetting, the blame is put on the employees. Bonus structures are ignored due to lack of success, yet management moves the stick for success each time you are about to get there. *Will completely ignore any written agreements or promises when the time comes to pay out. *They want to recruit the best, but won't pay industry standards. *I would not recommend working here in any capacity. They truly have no idea what direction they want to go in or the best way to get there.
