It's a good company. Every day, BRF builds a philosophy that puts all of our employees, in all of our units around the world, on the same page, so that jointly we can establish our company in the global scenario.A culture that encourages harmony for all is justified, among other reasons, because outside the company's walls, the market is little by little focusing on the people and on the processes at big companies - since the delivery of quality products is no longer the main differentiating factor in the global competitive scenario. Furthermore, when looking at the internal environment of the company, it is increasingly appreciated that professionals feel the need to possess a shared identity with common objectives and goals
