      Comfortable and clean environment. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

      Cons

      Company structure does not fund Marine Division from profits of any other division so they buy the cheapest materials and hire less than qualified suppliers and manufacturing employees to build engines and in turn quality suffers.

      Short lead times to work on complex projects. Lack of procedures or standard works. Extended periods outside on hot or cold places to gather the data required for any new project.
