Pros
You just need to learn French to survive in this company. Technical skill wont matter as they will hire and worship you if you know French. If you speak English then make sure you ace the interview to get hired, once hired make sure that you take French classes as meeting and other communication will happen in Mostly French.
Cons
One of the worst company i ever worked for. Racist people. They hired me during corona times promising hybrid work plan (3 day work from office and 2 days WFH). However, after joining they refused work from home saying that you need to work from office at least 1 month before getting approved for WFH. My wife had miscarriage that time and we needed to see doctors. However, office is located 40 minutes away from my home and main city. Therefore, we never had a chance to get appointment during regular hours. After a month when I re-appealed and explained my situation to manager, Team Lead and HR. But manager simply shrugged off my request saying I need to work from office 1 more month. Finally I took a personal leave to visit doctor. But manager got angry that i didn't notify him in advance and terminated from contract without notice. They didn't even inform me, i was trying to log in into my mail and i notice i couldn't login. Can you imagine just had lost a child and lost job for taking personal leave ( which is my right as an employee BTW!) sigh!
