Somewhat fun but low salary - Architect BRR Architecture Employee Review

Great team and great culture

None that I can think of

BRR is a good place to gain experience working on large national retail clients and become proficient in Revit and production documentation. I had the opportunity to work on projects for well-known brands, coordinate with consultants, and learn about permitting across multiple jurisdictions.

While the project experience was valuable, management consistency varied significantly across teams and offices. In some cases, workplace professionalism and communication from project/program leads was not at the level expected, which impacted morale. There were also concerns around how certain internal issues were handled, with limited follow-through on addressing employee concerns. Workload and expectations could be intense, and compensation did not always feel aligned with responsibilities or hours required.
