It is a great place to work. The atmosphere is very friendly and easy to learn your job skills and to get your job down.
Cons
The downside of the hospital is that you have to work long hours. I wish the pay was competitive in the job place.

Pros
Depending on what area you work as a tech you are able to learn alot. Being a nurse tech is a great stepping stone to anyone who wants to go into the medical field and especially if they want to have a career as a nurse
Cons
Politics of course... Some nurses can treat their techs as a slave and be lazy.
