Good and plentiful work to do and growth opportunities, but also good work/life balance and benefits starting out so far. Can even get to know leadership at a junior level. Fun coworkers and office culture.

No real cons yet. I've found it harder to work from home for the work I am doing and who I work with, but the office is nice and option is there.

Friendly, uncomplicated work environment. Stable work thanks to the high percentage of healthcare clients. Good work life balance.

High variation in project teams. Some run more smoothly than others.
