Cons
Raises are not given, you only hear from them through negative feedback. They will ignore and not respond to emails inquiring about a wage increase. When they decide to terminate you, there is no notice or reason given. Do not consider this a long term job, it will become very limiting in a few ways. Reading the same scripts day in and day out will soon become monotonous and the pay is stagnant. Scheduling is at a certain day and time each week, but many times the schedule is late on being released on that specific time so you are wasting time waiting for it to be available so you can choose your hours. You are competing with others who are picking their hours at the same time. If you are not right there when the schedule becomes available there is a chance hours that you wanted will not be there for you. You are not paid for this time. No benefits, no growth, tedious work.
