1. I worked with some of the greatest people in my career here. I'm not alone in saying that. People would choose NOT to leave because they cared so much about their peers. 2. You can be yourself at BSK and have fun. Yes, FUN at work! 3. BSK offered flexibility in ways that other companies would not. 4. Management actively listens to their people.

Not much to say here! Lack of movement on a few key ideas is one con.

Nice building, always feeding employees, lots of contests, some really great people that work there.

Poor supervisors and wet chem and micro managers are useless. A lot of bullying goes on at BSK and HR or management ignores it unfortunately.
