Cons
- Yearly restructuring is horrible for morale as good people lose their jobs while we make record profits for our board. - Long lasting consequences when these changes happen, infuses a bad vibe long after it happens. - Yearly increases are pitiful - hard to ask increase when yearly reviews happens right after restructuring. - Absolutely no bonus structure, so no reason to excel. - Top heavy, too many chiefs. - Nepotism, nepotism, nepotism. - Recently implemented open plan workstations, exceedingly difficult to work in.
