Pros
Lots of things to learn from customers of various backgrounds, especially their business operations. Get to understand the issues within their daily operations and how IT and telematics can be applied to improve and automate their business processes. Opportunity to travel locally / internationally depending on customers' locations. Co-workers are generally quite ok.
Cons
No proper procedures to effectively handle projects. Lack of control of project resources and no budgeting control. EPF and income tax not paid on time, no bonus. Staff morale is low and lots of people are leaving.
