Pros
Peers are friendly and helpful; a place where you are able to develop your self as the environment are tough and demanding and have to deal with superior that never keep their words to client and subordinates that makes you sharper in your future undertaking
Cons
Products are generally unstable; need to travel a lot to troubleshot and handle client complaints. EPF never been paid on time. Have to work long hours and sacrifice rest day to support the products. Very little yearly salary adjustment or even no adjustment. Management never keep to their promise but always promise sky high. When there's crisis; top management will shy away and let the staffs to face the clients. Generally it's a company who're been lead by a few person who're not responsible and fail to manage the revenue properly.
