      Pros

      Very easy and laid back work environment. Long lunches, friendly clients, and an interesting field of work. Employees receive discounts and free services

      Cons

      Operating on a day to day basis with no petty cash and operating revenue, not having a direct regional manager to assist in sales for locations, and working with negative people
