Pros
The company takes the time to train you well on their CRM tools. They truly care about making sure their TMs are set up for success by the time they get on the floor. Someone with little experience with Territory Management should definitely consider this company to gain valuable knowledge
Cons
Once you do reach that TM level its very hard to progress any further. You find people that have been in the same position for many years even though you can tell they are ready for more responsibility. This is slightly implied but due to the fact that its a sports company, the majority of the people that get most noticed are people who were college athletes and live, breath and eat all things sports. This is in part due to the fact that the customers you deal with are the same. But it will make it very difficult for people without that heavy sports background to really move up (at least in sales)
