Pros
Commission is great! The work schedule M-F, no weekend or nights. Manager is very supportive, and has really taken ownership of their new role to help my coworkers and myself succeed. New management and new leadership has whipped things into shape, and improved the work situations. They provided new opportunities in different markets and it has allowed me to have more conversations and write orders more often than I was.
Cons
Field reps encroaching on certain accounts of mine. Stress of selling and the expectations, Working from home and the customers who can’t buy stuff because of covid, but that’s getting better now.
