mixed thoughts - Anonymous employee BSN Sports Employee Review

Very little employee growth as working there is just management & crew. All the departments I know are very fixed on how things are done. Scheduled hours are punishing of very early (starting at 4 am) or very late (leaving past midnight). Work revolves around the school schedules so it's very busy (60-80 working hours per week) or in the summer extra dead where you might get 32 hours a week of work & often assigned to helping out in other parts of the warehouse instead of doing your job.
