Pros
Overall BSN is a great lace to work. They have wonderful training and you feel very prepared for your role. There is a great team aspect and it really is a great company.
Cons
The only con I can think of it that pay is on the lower side, but they do give raises and are known to hire from within if you want to move to a different role.
