-Pay: Your first year the highest you can make is $45k, thats IF you hit your quotas -Accounts given to you are horrible and managers know that -The accounts you call are youth leagues that dont run anymore, or schools that never give you the time of day -Managers only care about you hitting your call numbers, not selling -managers get annoyed with you for needing help with something -Was lied about pay in the interview. Was told I'd make MINIMUM $60k first year -Lots of turnover and management refuses to change a thing -Culture here is toxic. The top earners always complain about the job and bring a negative energy in the office. -Have played the same music for 3 years straight
