Pros
There is absolutely nothing good about this slavery role.
Cons
You will not earn a penny unless you make a sale. This will force you to work 60-70 hours a week knocking on people's doors and haggling them to buy whatever rubbish you are selling. This company specifically targets young and/or naive people, selling them a pipe dream that by working for 6 months in a 100% commission role, they can then become a "manager" and earn six figure salaries without prior experience. They operate in a pyramid scheme-like way, regularly changing offices and even changing the company name. It is an extremely unprofessional environment with people openly talking about how much they earn to brainwash the innocent people that fall for this trap. This "job" exploits people and forces them to do slave labour and there is no reward at the end of it. I urge anyone who considers this role to avoid it and anything like it.
