      Great product and exciting market (healthcare). CEO/Founder is dedicated and focused on building a great company. Clear on tasks and expectations. Very customer centric and responsive.

      Cons

      Typical of tech start-up issues. Change in direction due to market dynamics, etc. Competitive industry.

      Pros

      If you enjoy unrealistic goals, micro management and no sense of job security then this place is great!

      Cons

      Hussain Salbi. Owner, manager, unqualified programmer and all around scum of the earth. This man knows nothing about business and is running an office on fumes. The constant rotating door of employee are due to his inability to manage a team with out them quitting due to his 24/7 harassment. This company will either go broke or be shut down for not following basic HIPPA standards in the next 6 months.

      Very vague CEO Unrealistic deadlines Low salary Expects long working hours CEO will snap at you if you decide to re-ask a question that he hasn't explained.
