Growing company in India Most of the good comment about the company is internal--so treat this as a pure comment about the company Good-only pay Bad-Managet thinking should be global not micromanagement HR should work on that but Bt is a manager driving company Once manager has no fear on hr then that company can not be a good company

Train manager to think global Feedback against manager If someone take IJP manager get to know in advance so hr policy is not transparent..they can play in anyone carrier Better search outside for a job rather than internal IJP if you do not know anyone personally Management not good I got hired with wrong JD and just lost 2 years Remember two years I have to start again to reach my dream
