Pros

Unfortunately all the reviews that I read are absolutely correct, there are simply no 'pro's' to working for BT. Shabby Management, at ALL levels and the patronising replies that BT give to some of the reviews just show how little they take note of actually the content of the reviews but behave like robots 'give feedback to your Managers', the Management (over-all Business) are the problem.

Cons

Unfortunately, after 11 years with the business, I want a pay out, and will wait until they offer. BT are full of Cons (Literally), bad all round and through and through. Management are bullies and nothing more, they have no skills, no life experience, and with the assistance of HR, the over-all experience is awful, fuelled with fact find's for nothing, manipulating statistics and again, we achieve 'The Wooden Spoon', and BT simply can't even understand why, basically, BT are awful and hopefully, they are left behind in the Brexit and they close the doors. The have no intention of creating 1,000 jobs, if they do, these are 50% permanent and 50% temporary. More work piled on to the staff they have left, multi handling different call queue's, absolutely shocking, get in to the real world, greedy corporation.

Pros

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Cons

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
