Pros

Flexi time depends on your manager Pay depends on how you negotiate

Cons

Worst HR Team .No clear policies, least bothered about employees concerns. Sick food at afternoon on top of that very expensive. No change even after repeated complains. No clear roadmap in projects.Vendors are dominating.Lot of politics Technical people will loose all their technical skills, wasting all their time on call with vendors. doing nothing. Recruitment Team behaves like they own the company. Office is over crowded no parking space for vehicles. No basic facilities in office. Lots of approval needed for all the initiatives, approvals can take 6 months-many years. Cost cutting is the only mantra vendor to BT in sourcing team ratio is 2:1 on an average. For BT uk team, there is no difference between BT india team and other vendors,No respect given. BT Bangalore is hiring big time, it may pink slip anyone anytime for cost cutting if UK team feels,so if BT offers high package join on your own risk. Joining BT may rue-in your career for big package.Hikes are negligible max 5-9% since they are in big numbers now. Nothing to learn old sick technologies. No onsite. No job security 0%.Anytime anybody. No career growth. No promotion. You have to be in the same job level for a long duration.
