Many. -Though CTC may look lump-some, you will end up getting less per month due to all the xyz components. Just get to know the exact take home from ur hr to save urself from shocks later. - The aspirations of BT India Head are awesome on paper. But, in reality, your manager is either going to be someone taken from your vendor company, or someone who had been promoted from a lead role just to fill the gap. If its the former, the total culture of your team is up for the taking as he would make you feel that you would better be from a vendor company rather than a direct employee.
