Pros
Great opportunities to develop a career, and the commercial /product teams are (mostly) filled with really talented people who care about doing a good job. Pay and benefits are fairly generous, and a little higher than what other telcos offer.
Cons
Lots of red tape that needs cutting through when dealing with some areas of the business. HR department moves very slowly with just about everything. Whenever I've moved jobs within the company it's always taken 2 months plus for my pay to catch up (backdated when is finally sorted however )
