Pros

The training programme before you start is well done.

Cons

Literally everything, you are just a number, so management do not care about your wellbeing and the turn over was incredibly high. The call centre I worked in always had at least 20 people call in or not show up because it was such a toxic place. The pay was terrible and it was so hard to achieve the bonus targets. If you went to the bathroom or to the smoking area there was always at least one person crying. You weren't allowed to talk, read or anything between calls. Some of the customers were just so rude and entitled. The managers weren't any better as their bonus relied on their team achieving unrealistic targets. You would get put on a report if you didn't hit the targets and your job was always at risk. I wouldn't wish my time there on my worst enemy.

Pros

Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

Cons

Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
