Pros
BT offers a good work / life balance, it's a supportive environment with plenty of opportuities for young talent. Their Graduate Scheme is one of the top rated out there, as is there MBA scheme, both of which offer excellent opportunities to rotate in different positions
Cons
BT does not have a great programme for retaining talent, they do not offer incentives to stay (reward or otherwise) and performance related pay is almost non existent in terms of the difference you get for strong performance vs average.
