1. Mutliple technologies and great technical talent, a great place to learn 2. Good salaries and increments to high performers. My salary jumped by 28% over 18 months (two appraisal cycles) 3. Approachable and friendly managers 4. opprotunity to work on some of the largest and most complex networks
Cons
1. 24x7 shifts are uncomftable for a family person like me. No single shift option is available. 2. Cab service can be made better. Takes two hours for a distance of 20 Km.
