BT pays good money for paper chasers. Pays phone and Internet bill in some selected projects. BT pays half the money for the or tab you buy, under Bring Your Own Device policy. However, it makes you sign a bond for devices purchased under BYOD scheme.
Cons
Clueless Management and Outsourced HR, Fiance team is ready to sink BT Eserv India. High attrition rate due to above mentioned. No life balance.
